From planning dream getaways to handling everyday tasks, we're on a mission to make life smoother and more enjoyable for our members.Your Role:As a Travel Manager at Back Office, you'll be at the heart of creating extraordinary moments. Your responsibilities are:·       Manage high volumes of customer queries including making& amending accommodation bookings, updating changes and processing payments.·       Reach out to suppliers for rates on hotels, transfers/transportation, private yacht, private jets & all other lifestyle requests.·       Organize transfers, and rental of vehicles, including checking the drivers on route.·       Book and purchase tickets for sports, fashion, concerts and events worldwide.·       Control bookings accurately.·       Recommend and reserve tables in restaurants.·       Use a wide variety of in-house systems and the current database of suppliers.·       Work closely with the operational team.·       Keep up to date with travel trends and regulations.What You Bring:•      Passion: You're not just a service provider; you're a memory maker.
