Actualmente se encuentra en búsqueda de un/a Técnico/a KMS (Knowledge Management System).
¿Cuál será tu misión en la empresa? En dependencia de la Dirección I+D, la persona seleccionada se encargará de.
Capturar, gestionar, transmitir y divulgar conocimientos técnicos.
Coordinar equipos multidisciplinares (comercial, técnicos, producto, I+D, sistemas).
Desarrollar y mantener el sistema de gestión del conocimiento.
Contribuir a la creación de una "University" con planes de carrera e itinerarios formativos.
Construir, casi desde cero, la infraestructura de contenidos relacionados con el producto y su aplicación.

Eres el/la candidato/a ideal si...
Imprescindible diplomatura o licenciatura técnica.
Especialidad.
electrónica y/o eléctrica (deseables conocimientos/experiencia de las 2 especialidades) Inglés C1 Tienes experiencia/conocimientos técnicos generalistas (mecánica, hidráulica, electrónica, electricidad, neumática, software y control, etc.).
Cuentas con experiencia en coordinación de equipos multidisciplinares.
Tienes experiencia imprescindible en captura, gestión, transmisión y divulgación de conocimientos técnicos.
Eres un apasionado del KMS (Knowledge Management System).
Te consideras una persona con facilidad de aprendizaje y capacidad para entender y transmitir conocimientos técnicos complejos.
Tienes habilidades de comunicación y capacidad para trabajar con diferentes departamentos.
Eres proactivo y tienes ideas innovadoras para la gestión del conocimiento.
