The Unit Leader will report into the Unit Portfolio Leader within the SID department at Amex GBT.
The Unit Leader will be leading a team of 6 direct and indirect reports.
What You’ll Do To own the customer onboarding / migration experience determined by the unit type (PIU, CCU, CMU).
To directly manage the client relationship in PIU and colleague relationship in CCU and CMU.
Drive the performance of the unit and ensure all members of the unit are working optimally in meeting the goals of the business Create a positive, happy, and fun environment enabling all members of the unit to be successful and effective while maintaining a healthy balance To be empowered to manage the performance of the unit, while ensuring unit governance procedures are vigorously maintained Always attending and contributing to monthly Unit Leader performance and development meeting What We’re Looking For Ambition to manage a close knit and dynamic team.
