Phase d’exploration et Design.
Participer aux ateliers de cadrage, entretien, sprint review Rédaction du Backlog Produit Rédaction du dossier technique Phase de développement.
Être le garant du Backlog Produit.
Préparer les sprints en fonction de la vélocité de l’équipe.
Tester et valider les US à chaque fin de sprint Animer les sprints review (côté client et équipe de développement) Assurer les livraisons Rassurer le client / Protéger les développeurs Editer les weekly mail pour les clients Les objectifs.
en tant que Product Owner (PO), \\=> Gérer la relation avec le client.
Gérer le backlog.
Piloter l’équipe de développeurs.
Communiquer avec le client et assurer le lien et la gestion des équipes techniques.
