Utilizing smart devices paired with advanced AI analysis, we provide rapid, precise assessments of pipe integrity and water leakage. Since 2016, our innovative solutions have saved millions of cubic meters of water globally, reinforcing our commitment to environmental sustainability and operational excellence. WATER POSITIVE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGERWe are seeking a passionate and experienced professional in environmental project sales to join our team as Water Positive Business Development Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing business opportunities with large corporations (Chemical, Metals, Energy, data centers, Food and beverage, etc.) and local public administrations, promoting solutions that enable them to be more sustainable in their water management.Reporting directly to the COO and the Manager of Business Development, the main challenges this position will face are:Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients from large corporations and public administration stakeholders.Conduct presentations and negotiations with high level representatives, ensuring effective and persuasive communication.Develop and execute sales strategies for projects related to:Water consumption footprint reduction, Water networks leak detection and repairWater projects social and environmental benefitsReplenishment ProjectsCollaborate with internal teams to design attractive value propositions that meet client needs.Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities in international settings. Train operational and sales teams in new product features and advantages. REQUIREMENTSMinimum of 5 years of experience in selling and delivering environmental projects to large organizations and public utilities. Proven skills in negotiation and relationship management at high levels.Knowledge of best practices and technologies in water resource management.Ability to work in international and multicultural environments.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English (C1). French is an advantage.Execution mindset.Open, creative and executive mindset oriented to resultsAvailability to travel extensively.
