Defines and implements local business strategies to maximize customer acceptance, market penetration, sales growth, and profitability of the whole Ethicon product portfolio.
Identifies current and future market trends and business opportunities.
The responsibilities & the impact.
Responsible for developing sales and marketing strategies for the given territory.
Responsible for all commercial responsibilities sales targets & and negotiation activities with non-clinical stakeholders.
Shape & Create business strategies in line with local and regional strategies to grow Ethicon business in a given territory, with compliance and respecting profitability objectives.
Responsible for pricing, tenders, and follow-up of business deals.
Excellent negotiation skills are required with top administrative stakeholders.
Collecting, analyzing, and sharing market information (public procurement, competitors & business partner benchmarking).
Analyses of sales, market trends, competitive actions, and customer needs.
Develop excellent relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and Customers in the Assigned territory.
Responsibilities for implementation of commercial and marketing strategies, Forecasting.
Lead planning & monitor implementation of Account Strategies and Actions.
Participate in industry symposia, medical meetings, and monitor the industry's business & and distributors.
Understand and know the clinical environment & and competitor products Qualifications General Medical Device experience min.
7-12 years with experience in Surgery, Specialized Pharma or MedTech.
Bachelor’s degree with MBA preferred.
Experience in contact with non-Clinical stakeholders would be preferable.

ability to identify and quickly respond to opportunities and difficulties.
Clinical and product understanding, to convey information to different audiences (field organizations, customers) is preferable.
Analytical thinking.

User level knowledge in Microsoft Office software (especially Excel and Power Point).

Analytical thinking abilities Knowledge of the Medical Device or Pharma Industry in the region desired; experience on similar positions in the mentioned industry desired as well Proven track record of outstanding performances in sales results and skills
