We are dedicated to empowering our clients through innovative technology and exceptional service.We are expanding our footprint in the European Union and are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our team.Key ResponsibilitiesAccount Management:Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering strong, long-lasting relationships.Understand client needs, business objectives, and challenges to provide tailored solutions using the Connected Risk platform.Sales & Revenue Growth:Drive revenue growth by upselling and cross-selling additional modules and services to existing clients.Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing accounts.Customer Success:Collaborate with the Customer Success and Support teams to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation of the Connected Risk platform.Proactively address client concerns and provide solutions to enhance their experience.Market Understanding:Maintain a deep understanding of the European Union's regulatory landscape and how Empowered Systems’ solutions can address specific market needs.Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to position Empowered Systems as a market leader.Collaboration:Work closely with the Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to share client feedback and influence the roadmap for product enhancements.Partner with the Sales Engineers to deliver compelling demonstrations and technical support during the sales process.Reporting & Documentation:Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.Provide regular updates and forecasts to the Regional Sales Director, EMEA.Qualifications & ExperienceEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Experience:3-5 years of account management or sales experience, preferably in SaaS or technology solutions.Prior experience with GRC platforms or related industries is a strong advantage.Skills:Proven ability to manage multiple accounts while delivering exceptional service.Strong negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.Self-starter with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.Language: Fluency in English is required; proficiency in one or more additional EU languages is a plus.What We OfferCompetitive salary and performance-based bonuses.Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance and retirement plans.Flexible, remote-first work environment.Opportunities for career advancement in a rapidly growing global organization.Access to ongoing training and professional development.Empowered Systems is an equal opportunity employer.
