ACCOUNTS PAYABLE MANAGER

Founded by two ex-Googlers in 2014, we’ve grown to over 600 Seedtaggers across 18 countries, raising €250M to revolutionize digital advertising.Your ChallengeAccounts Payable Operations:Oversee and manage the entire accounts payable process, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments for all the companies in our portfolio.Monitor and enforce compliance with company policies and procedures for purchase order creation and invoice validation.Implement and maintain best practices to streamline accounts payable processes.Team Leadership:Supervise, mentor, and develop the accounts payable team, ensuring high levels of performance and motivation.Conduct regular training sessions to improve team efficiency and knowledge of systems and policies.Manage workload distribution and set priorities to meet deadlines.Vendor Management:Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors to resolve payment issues.Ensure the accuracy of vendor master data, including tax information, payment details, and contact information.Reporting and Analysis:Prepare regular reports on accounts payable performance, ageing, and KPIs for senior management.Analyze accounts payable metrics to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.Compliance and Auditing:Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and tax requirements, including VAT and withholding taxes.Coordinate with internal and external auditors to provide required documentation and ensure audit readiness.Systems and Technology:Manage and optimize the accounts payable software and tools in our ERP (Netsuite).Support the implementation of new technologies or processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.What You’ll Need to SucceedEducation: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience:Minimum 5 years of experience in accounts payable, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and automated invoice processing tools.Proactivity and a collaborative mindset to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a passion for innovation.English proficiency is mandatory.Why Join Seedtag?Growth & Opportunity: A key moment to join with vast career development prospects.Flexibility: At Seedtag, we trust you to balance work and life effortlessly with the option to work from home, the office, or even the beach in our hybrid mode.Learning & Development: Online courses in ODILO, and optional English, French, or Spanish group classes.Inclusive Culture: We foster a supportive environment that values personal growth.Fun & Connection: Participate in team activities, company offsites, and more!Additional PerksFlexible benefits plan: Restaurant, transportation, and kindergarten vouchers.
