They have 40 offices across the country and more than 33,000 employees worldwide.We are looking for a Downstream LMS Admin to join out team!Main Objective: Collaborate with the Senior Learning Tech Lead and Product Owner to evaluate the feasibility and conduct risk analysis for the ALM LMS implementation across each division and business unit within EMEA.RequirementsEnsuring Seamless LMS Integrations ManagementPerforming System Integration ProcessesMitigation Process ImplementationUser Access AssurancePerform the Legacy System Migration process to ensure a smooth transition from the old system to the new oneSystem Assessment: Evaluate the current state of data, applications, infrastructure, and dependencies from the Legacy System to the ALMLearning Analytics and ReportingProvide actionable insightsProviding tecno-functional support for Bugs-Fix Testing, User Support and Features ImplementationPerform System(s) Quarterly Release UpdatesQualificationsLMS Integration Admin Experience: Prior Experience with LMS platforms as an Integration administrator, such as Adobe Learning Manager, Moodle, Blackboard, or similar and xAPIsSalesforce ExpertiseInformation Technology (IT): Solid foundation in IT principles, systems integration, and software development.Learning and Development (L&D): Understanding instructional design, educational technologies, and training methodologies.Management Information Systems (MIS): Focus on integrating IT solutions with business processes and strategies.Jira/Confluence and Jira Service Management Software experience.We offerStable project.100% RemoteIntensive workday on Fridays and the months of July and August.Competitive salary.If you are looking for new opportunities apply and we will contact you!
