We offer an unforgettable artistic experience full of surprises, accessible to the wide public.Iris Galerie has a network of more than 180 galleries opened in less than 4 years, in 18 countries and a project to open even more galleries for the year 2025 in France and internationally, focused in cities with strong cultural appeal.If you want to take part in an original and ambitious entrepreneurial adventure, come join us and contribute to continuing our development in Spain and abroad.ASSIGNMENTS:● Ensure the interface and coordination of information between headquarters and the network.● Animate the teams in galleries by regular visits within the framework of product controls and compliance with the concept (audits, visiting reports, and follow-up of action plans etc).● Monitoring performance indicators and proposing optimization measures (profitability, product quality and customer satisfaction, etc).● Share your experiences and train teams in sales techniques and operational excellence.● Guarantee the homogeneity, standards and images of the brand and promote network tools and methods.● Ensure the optimization of schedules, organization, and implementation of events.● Monitor and support gallery openings.● Advising our franchisees in the management and improvement of their P&L (in particular labor cost and marketing effort) and providing them with advice and support through relevant recommendations in the field.● Transmit and promote the entrepreneurial spirit in the network.PROFILE :● Significant experience (3 years minimum) as a AREA MANAGER required;● Strong appetite for the business / retail environment;● Excellent knowledge of English and Spanish;● Past experience in a growing brand would be a plus;● Knowledge of using the reporting tools;● Understanding and sensitivity to the concept and functioning of the franchiseQUALITIES :● Excellent business skills;● Successful management experience(s)● Attention to detail● Power of conviction● Willingness to participate in an ambitious projectTERMS :● Type of contract: permanent contract● Start: Immediate● Location: Barcelona or MadridCOMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:● Remuneration according to experience:● Contribution to transport costs● Laptop and Professional phone
