The company is present in 4 continents with in excess of 350 employees.Roc360 Spain, a wholly owned subsidiary of Roc360, is recruiting additional resources for our team in Madrid. Our existing Spanish team supports the US business through a number of business areas including risk management, loan underwriting, closing, appraisal management, technology, finance and loan servicing.DescriptionRoc360 manages multi billion dollar portfolios of US residential loans comprising residential fix & flip loans, rental loans, in fill and ground up development loans and multi family bridge loans (apartment buildings)The work out delinquent and under performing loans within the portfolio is managed by the special servicing and asset management teams collectivelyLoan sizes vary from $100k to $10mm secured by US single family property, multi family, ground up developments, mixed use and property portfolio (5+ units)The RoleUnique opportunity for the right motivated candidate to work directly with a large US lender/ fundWorking directly for the Chief Risk Officer to assist with overall Asset Management and Risk Management of the firms portfolioAnalyze of the overall portfolio (back book) Detailed work out of under performing loans including engagement with borrowers, external vendors (receivers / valuers / property managers)Management of REO assets including the renovation and completion of specific assetsAssist in the preparation and presentation of reports to internal senior management and investorsParticipate on calls with external investorsAssist in other ad hoc tasksProfileUndergraduate or Masters degree with a strong academic track record3+ years work experience in the NPL or REO market a mustDeep understanding of loan workouts and property managementFluency in English with the ability to work through EnglishWillingness to work US hours (3pm to 12am Monday to Friday)Strong written and verbal communication skillsStrong interest in the real estate sector and knowledge / interest in broader economic trendsExcellent analytical skillsFinancial modelling, projection and stress testing skillsDedicated problem solver with a can-do attitudeStrong work ethicGreat teammateWhat do we offer?Career development in a leading Wall Street firmHighly competitive salary + bonusOpportunity to travel to US
