Job Roles and Responsibility To perform NOC shift, performing all activities and routines defined for shifts; To ensure the achievement of Service Levels Agreed (SLA) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for NOC team activities; To ensure the Service Desk function, call attendance or other communications with NOC (e-mail, trouble tickets, etc.), requests registration and response.
