Join our team in Europe and become point of contact with the responsibilities including our B2B Thinkshield product portfolio, to facilitate the discussion and strategy, in a pre-sales role with sales and Global account managers.
As a part of our Motorola team you will be reporting to Director of Sales Operations, MBG Europe.
As this is European role, work location is flexible within the EMEA region with a preferred location of candidates in the UK, Spain, France and Poland.
What will your tasks include? • Work closely with key leaders in the Motorola sales organization to enable sales teams to identify and sell Thinkshield SW solutions to Motorola’s customers.
• Be responsible for managing opportunities in strategic public sector, large enterprise and SMB accounts.
• Work closely with Motorola’s software partners in EMEA on sales campaigns and marketing initiatives.
• Ensure that Motorola’s sales teams are engaging with the partner’s sales teams in the field to win net-new subscription business for Motorola.
• Work with Motorola sales to manage opportunities in MS Dynamics.
You will work closely with your European Sales and Sales Ops teams to define a segmented strategy for Thinkshield sales, identify opportunities to improve the customer experience, and to identify areas where additional investment may be required.
• Enable sales organizations to sell Thinkshield solutions into strategic public sector, large enterprise and SMB accounts.
• Collaborate with Motorola eCommerce and Partners to coordinate offer content and messaging online and with Motorola Sales and Partners to create and implement GTM strategies and activities, and align customer engagement in the field Evaluation of competitive scenario for each software product • Prepare and present Motorola B2B portfolio solution to B2B KAMs, key customers/partners • Planning of product approval activities with key B2B companies • Review all product open issues with the product PIPM • Provide new B2B requirements and test cases to software engineering team • Assess and negotiate product compliance to B2B requirements, establishing back end product schedule, and obtaining customer approvals • Identify new product requirements that could impact future ranging • Filling of technical documentation and specifications for specific B2B deals #### Position Requirements.
What do we expect from you? 5+ years of experience in managing/ internal selling volume software licenses to Commercial and/or Large Enterprise accounts in a commissions-based sales environment • University degree from Electronics, Telecommunications Engineering, or Computer Systems Science • Outstanding solutions-based sales skills and a passion for technology • Proficiency in managing the end-to-end offer development process • Ability to leverage the expertise and work of others to exceed sales targets for SaaS • Organizational agility to secure commitments from key stakeholders • Ability to deliver sales message and trainings to broad audience of internal and external sales force of Motorola and channel partners • Some software architecture and process knowledge • Advanced usage of cellular equipment and knowledge of the Android operating system • Availability to travel What We Will Offer You.
