Hays is collaborating with the leading company in the pharmaceutical sector, TOP 10 pharma with more than 146 affiliates around the world and 47 employees, of which 1,600 are located in Spain.They create innovative medicines for people and animals, adding value through innovation for all three business areas: human pharmaceuticals, animal health, and contract manufacturing of biopharmaceuticals. Now they are in the expansion phase and are developing the animal area. Our client is forming a technological hub that will serve the entire group internationally. This hub is located in San Cugat del Vallés.We are looking for a Campaign Management Services. This role will use his/her knowledge as a subject matter expert in digital marketing to act as a consultant with our stakeholders and have visibility into market’s plans the DU to make connections.What would your duties be?Work hand in hand with market, Platform Management Automation Services and rest of HP Services Delivery Unit to ensure that campaigns are built according to the global standards and executed according to the customer’s plans.Ensure Delivery Managers (DMs), Service Account Leads (SALs) as other DU teams are kept up to date with regular status updates and meaningful touchpoints.Ensure to constantly review campaign dashboards and help generating insights for the internal customer in a standard and intuitive format (i.e.: quarterly reports)Ensure to understand market needs and possibility to connect or leverage another DU services.Ensure a deep understanding of the customer’s campaign strategy across different channels, across all stages, and across functions.Act as a main contact for customer needs and maintain close relation with internal DU service providers to maintain high efficiency.Connecting our internal customers with those people in the DU teams that can move forward projects and provide consultancy at specific service level.Maintain a regular communication within Campaign Automation team and collaborate with other relevant DU teams in order to drive efficient consultancyEnsure that service processes are adhered to – both by oneself and by stakeholders – and help provide process optimizations and solutions when adherence is not possible or does not fit the situation.Which are the requirements for this position?Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration—Digital Marketing or Marketing Technology preferred; or Bachelor’s degree in technical studies with proven business acumenExperience in project management, client/account management, and/or as a consultant in a digital marketing firm or agencyExperience coordinating multiple projects and stakeholders, and connecting different teams is a must.Experience blending business/marketing topics and technical topics to interpret requirements, develop solutions, and explain to other audiences.Client management skills and de-escalating incidents that impact customersKnowledge of Human Pharma marketing is strongly preferred.Self-motivated and quick learner, creative thinker, open to changesKeen eye for detail, takes pride in work and values qualityExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently across functional initiatives (with a particular skill for interpreting to non-technical audiences) and with the ability to interface with customers across global marketsThe global nature of this job requires being fluent in EnglishExcellent time and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize workload efficiently and to manage multiple, fast-paced projects simultaneouslyWhat we offer?Participate in international projects.Young and dynamic environment.Permanent contract.Hybrid mode.
