What you'll do  Within our EMEA/ APAC-wide Internship Program CareerStart@sas we're offering a 6-month full-time paid internship in our Customer Success department as Customer Success Renewal Intern.
We're looking for a Customer Success Renewal  intern who is  passionate about AI & Analytics and want to help our clients achieve maximum value from SAS software.
As a Customer Success intern, you'll support our renewal strategy.
Our Customer Success Renewal teams play a critical role in ensuring customer retention through the creation and execution of timely renewal plans, managing renewal processes and contracts efficiently.

Required qualifications.
You're a university student enrolled in an accredited program or a new graduate with a business degree.
You're interested in the future of Analytics and embrace technology.
Fluent in English.
An additional European especially German or French  language will be an advantage.
Strong communication skills - both written and verbal.
You're curious, passionate, authentic, and accountable.
