When the Ancient Greeks first discovered the islands of Ibiza and Formentera, they baptized them Pityuses, literally “pine covered islands”.
Ever since, Ibiza has been referred to as the “Pine Island”.
So when our first resort was in its development stage, in a location surrounded by pine trees, the name of 7Pines naturally arose to pay tribute to the laid-back lifestyle and enjoyment of life so deeply rooted in Ibiza.
Job description The 7Pines Resort Sardinia is looking for a Club Manager Main tasks.
Supervise and manage the daily operations of the assigned outlet; Train and develop staff; Ensure customer satisfaction by providing high quality service; Schedule and organise staff to maintain a smooth workflow; Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed; Control the outlet's cash receipts; Maintain and ensure compliance with all company standards; Maintain cleanliness and safety standards of the outlet; Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract customers and increase revenue; Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations; Handle customer complaints and resolve problems in a timely manner; Monitors and ensures smooth operation of service areas and customer satisfaction; Communicates with other departments to ensure customer needs are met; Ensures that cash and non-cash handling is done properly; He/she also deals with customer complaints and listens to their feedback in order to improve the services offered; He/she organises appointments and meetings for the staff, changes the menu and other issues related to their work; He/she is responsible for the company's performance and sales and ensures the achievement of company profits and targets; Conducts monthly supply inventories and maintains an optimal stock level to meet customer demand.
Avoids excesses and identifies waste to achieve optimal profit without compromising company performance.
Requirements Requirements.
at least 2 years' experience in the role; excellent knowledge of Italian and English.
