What you’ll do   Create and implement initiatives to deliver the core upgrade/retention KPI’s - these initiatives include strategic, long term and reactive changes  Driving channel trading performance, assessing the effectiveness of in-flight activities and forecasting future results and long-term planning  Develop and deliver retention Upgrade opportunities which can be converted into campaigns  to improve retained value, handset and digital mix Work with the PAYM segment pricing and device teams to identify areas of opportunity for revenue and margin uplift.
Create and run test & learn strategies Work closely with channels to forensically understand performance and implement recommendations Develop accurate forecasts and base profiles to underpin the trading/budget cycles and determine pricing /funding choices  Develop business cases to secure new opportunities, working with finance as a key stakeholder Weekly/monthly forecasting of key KPIs   Who you are     Extensive commercial experience  Highly numerate and commercially minded.
Proven ability to create & interpret complex commercial and financial analysis - financial modelling (Spreadsheet) is essential  Successful track record of driving commercial performance in large organisations  Extremely competent relationship building and effectively able to influence senior management Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrix environment  What we offer   We believe that taking care of our employees is the key to their success.
