The ideal candidate will be responsible for The ideal candidate will be responsible for tracking and analysing the performance of advertising campaigns, managing the marketing budget, and ensuring that all marketing materials are in line with our brand positioning. We are looking for a hands-on person with experience in web analytics tools and with the capacity to turn creative ideas into effective advertising projects.Finally, you will help us build and maintain a strong and consistent brand through a wide range of online and offline marketing channels. ResponsibilitiesDevelop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to our front doorDeploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay-per-click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysisProduce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groupsBuild strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies, and vendors Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight,t and assess against goalsAnalyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordinglyQualificationsAt least 5 years of prior experience as a Community Manager or in a similar role.BSc/MSc degree in Marketing or a related field Demonstrable experience in marketing Proven experience in identifying target audiences, in creatively devising and leading across-channels marketing campaigns that engageSolid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaignsAdvanced knowledge and management of social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).Skills in image and video editing (Photoshop, Canva, etc.).Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English.Creativity, proactivity, and problem-solving skills.Must be organized, detail-oriented and able to prioritize multiple projects & marketsA passion for Beauty, health & wellbeingVersatile and flexible, embraces change, comfortable with organizational ambiguityObjectivesBuild the Brand.Monitor Reputation.Analyze Results: Evaluate the performance of social media strategies through metrics and analysis, adjusting tactics as necessary to improve reach and engagement.Identify Opportunities: Stay alert to trends and relevant conversations in the industry to identify opportunities for content or collaboration.
