As we continue to grow and innovate, we are seeking a dedicated Community Manager to foster and expand our Web3 community.As the Community Manager at Unicast.ai, you will play a pivotal role in building and nurturing a thriving community of Web3 professionals, developers, and enthusiasts. You'll be responsible for creating engaging content, managing social media channels, and organizing events that showcase Unicast.ai's unique value proposition in the Web3 recruitment space.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement community growth strategies across various platforms (Telegram, Discord, Twitter, etc.)Create and curate engaging content that resonates with the Web3 communityOrganize and host virtual and physical events, including AMAs, workshops, and meetupsManage and moderate community channels, ensuring a positive and inclusive environmentGather feedback from the community to inform product development and marketing strategiesCollaborate with the marketing team to align community initiatives with overall brand strategyIdentify and engage with key opinion leaders and influencers in the Web3 spaceTrack and report on community metrics and KPIsQualifications:Proven experience in community management, preferably in the Web3 or tech industryDeep understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and the Web3 ecosystemExcellent communication skills with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)Strong social media management skills across various platformsExperience in organizing and hosting both virtual and physical eventsAbility to create engaging written and visual contentAnalytical mindset with the ability to interpret community data and metricsPassionate about decentralized technologies and their potential impactSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environmentExperience with community management tools and analytics platformsIf you're a community-building enthusiast with a passion for Web3 and a talent for fostering engaging digital spaces, we'd love to hear from you!
