Join us in creating a future which makes us all proud!Content Manager (m/f/d) based in ValenciaResponsibilitiesDefines the company's content strategy with a buyer enablement mindset to develop preference and educate Company’s ICPDevelops content plan with a proactive approach, maintaining a calendar project deadlines and content launch dates.Develops creative brand communications campaigns aiming for impact among the target accounts and the key audiences.Oversees the development and launch of new content channels, owning the content in text, image, and multimedia formats.Owns social media platforms content strategy, defining and executing content calendarsWith the Digital Marketing Manager, oversees the optimization of organic search results (SEO) and YouTube visibility.Owns media relations and media plans to increase brand coverage across European and US media outlets.Defines and develops a content governance framework within the company in collaboration with sales and product teams.Ensures brand consistency across all content, from websites to social media channels and videos.Analyses the performance of the content, establishing KPIs and creating reports adapted to the needs of each stakeholder.Optimize content strategy for inbound and outbound digital channels and platforms.Develop and creates content for the sales enablement programs in place.Qualifications3 to 5 years of experience leading the development of content strategies in B2B for technical audiences and complex sales.In-depth understanding of content strategy, including the ability to plan, create, and execute content that aligns with business objectives and engages the target audience effectively.Branding Expertise: A strong grasp of branding principles, including the capacity to maintain and enhance a consistent and compelling brand identity across various content touchpoints.Proficiency in content creation, which encompasses writing, editing, and the creative development of content in various formats (articles, blog posts, videos, infographics, etc.).Experience and ability to conduct comprehensive research to gain insights into the target audience's behaviours, needs, and preferences, and use this information to shape content strategies.Solid understanding of content distribution dynamics to determine the best channels and platforms to maximize reach and engagement, including social media, email marketing, and other relevant channels.Experience developing content plans for media to increase brand coverage in industry magazines.Proficiency in using analytics tools to measure the impact of content initiatives and make data-driven decisions to optimize content strategies for improved performance.SEO Knowledge to optimize content for search engines and increase discoverability is a plus. Experience with video and YouTube is a plus.Experience developing content plans for ESG initiatives is a strong plus.SkillsDemonstrable ability to deliver in complex environments without supervision.Strong project management and organizational skills, being able to prioritize and promote different projects simultaneously, maintaining high levels of quality.They can think strategically, declining that capacity into concrete lines of action that are actionable.A creative and innovative mindset to develop content that stands out in a crowded digital landscape and captivates the audience.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English for conveying brand messaging and creating engaging content.
