About the job In this exciting role, you will report directly to the Head of Global Retail Architecture Operations & Costs Management.
Your responsibilities include the coordination of the Retail Architecture procurement processes as well as the sourcing and supplier strategies.
Your main duties will be the following.
Contribute to the achievement of the strategic goals of the material group Secure the optimum procurement process of the material group Retail Architecture Price, quality, timeframe, logistics for predefined services and products Secure the optimum availability of material and services Support on the onboarding of all new suppliers supporting the New Store Concept (Wonderlux) Give support to Local Retail Architecture teams by ensuring all suppliers follow Swarovski’s needs when it comes to material certification, assembly, installation manuals, local regulations while ensuring process is consistent across all suppliers Ensure stock levels and material order is aligned to Rollout needs in the markets Provide full procurement support during Flagships, Pop Ups and special projects implementation process (samples, adhere to local regulations, etc.) Maintain supplier relationship management about qualifying and selecting appropriate suppliers, ensure an adequate supplier base Negotiate, conclude and maintain local supply agreements, support local contract negotiations and supplier life cycle management Make use of the Procurement Systems (SAP) and ensure the compliance with it Support and Manage the different Tender (Construction, Facility Management, Flagships, Pop Up and regular store sourcing) About you We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following.
Procurement know-how as well as industry and process experience Skilled in SAP ECC, SAB BI, Ariba and good excel skills.
High level of flexibility and sensitivity in the collaborative process.
Very Good problem solving skills Very Good process understanding and ability to design, implement, and monitor processes Very Good communication and negotiation skills to align and influence different stakeholders during the planning and implementation process Result driven personality Willingness to travel Excellent English language skills, knowledge of Spanish, German or French is a plus What we offer You can expect a range of benefits, including.
