CRM MANAGER (LIVEOPS)

As part of our continued growth, we’re seeking an experienced Senior CRM Manager with a strong background in mobile gaming and LiveOps to join our team in Barcelona and help take our user engagement to the next level.What You’ll Do:Define and execute our CRM strategy with a focus on retention, engagement, and monetization, leveraging principles of mobile gaming and LiveOps.Drive live event planning and execution, using LiveOps techniques to create dynamic, personalized, and timely campaigns that resonate with our diverse audience.Own the end-to-end CRM funnel, from segmentation and targeting to analyzing campaign effectiveness and iterating for improvement.Collaborate with product and marketing teams to integrate CRM campaigns into the app's game-like ecosystem, ensuring alignment with broader business and user experience goals.Utilize advanced CRM tools (e.g., Braze, Leanplum, Iterable) to automate, personalize, and optimize campaigns at scale.Analyze user behavior, churn patterns, and monetization trends to develop actionable insights and inform future CRM activities.Craft and manage A/B tests and multi-variate experiments to maximize campaign ROI and improve KPIs.Plan in-app events, promotions, and rewards systems that drive user motivation and engagement.Provide leadership in adopting cutting-edge CRM techniques, including predictive analytics and user lifecycle management.Who You Are:3/5 years of experience in CRM LiveOps roles within the mobile app or gaming industry.Proven expertise in creating and managing in-app campaigns, seasonal events, and retention strategies for mobile gaming or gamified applications.Strong proficiency in data analysis and translating insights into impactful CRM actions.Mastery of leading mobile CRM tools like Braze, Leanplum, or Iterable.Solid understanding of user segmentation, cohort analysis, and campaign optimization in high-volume environments.Creative thinker with an understanding of player motivations and behavior within gamified ecosystems.Exceptional organizational skills, with a track record of managing complex campaigns on time and within budget.Fluent in EnglishNice-to-Have:Background in designing and executing gamified rewards systems or loyalty programs.Familiarity with mobile app monetization strategies and free-to-play (F2P) models.Experience working in cross-functional teams across product, design, and analytics.Passion for health, fitness, and lifestyle apps.Why Join Macadam?Competitive salary and benefits package.A chance to work with a dynamic, international team in sunny Barcelona.Opportunity to shape the CRM strategy for a fast-growing app with millions of users.Be part of a mission-driven company that’s changing lives by encouraging healthier habits.
