Intracon Consulting is a 360º HR consultancy office made up of expert professionals in this field, with more than 10 years of experience with clients such as Hewlett-Packard (HP). The company is part of Intracon Spain, along with Intracon Marketing Solutions: a global agency that helps B2B companies achieve their goals with creative Marketing and Sales solutions.We are looking for a CRM Operations Specialist to join our team and provide part time support to the Customer Relationship team of one of our main clients, the multinational technology company HP (Hewlett-Packard).🔎About the role:Dedication: Part timeLocation: Sant Cugat del VallèsWork model: Hybrid (3 days / week of remote work and 2 from the office)Project's length: about 1 year estimated, extendable.💼 Main responsibilities:Reporting to the Customer Relationship Management Strategist, your main tasks will be:Provide services to HP on a time and material basis to fulfil the objective of offering Customer Engagement and CRM operations expertise.Stakeholder engagement to develop campaigns and program audience selections and evaluate communications performance.
