Descripción CRM System Management.
Oversee the day-to-day management of the HubSpot CRM system, ensuring it is fully optimized to meet the needs of the business across all functions.
Data Management.
Maintain and improve the quality of customer data, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and compliance with data protection regulations.
Automation & Workflows.
Design, implement, and optimize automated workflows to enhance lead management, customer segmentation, and retention strategies.
Reporting & Analytics.
Develop custom reports and dashboards to track KPIs, campaign performance, and customer behavior, providing actionable insights to drive decision-making.
Collaboration.
Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure CRM initiatives align with business objectives and are fully integrated into the overall company strategy.
Lead Scoring & Segmentation.
Implement and continuously refine lead scoring and segmentation models to ensure that marketing and sales efforts are targeted at the most valuable prospects and customers.
Training & Support.
Provide training to internal teams on CRM best practices and ensure effective adoption of the CRM system across departments.
Continuous Improvement.
Stay updated on CRM best practices and industry trends, identifying new opportunities to enhance CRM processes and drive innovation within the platform.
¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)? Experience.
1-3 years of hands-on experience working with CRM systems (preferably HubSpot or a similar platform) in a sales or marketing environment.
Languages.
Fluency in French is mandatory, with a strong command of either English or Spanish.
Technical Skills.
Strong proficiency in CRM systems, including automation workflows, data management, and reporting.
HubSpot certification is a plus.
Analytical Mindset.
Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and present findings in a clear and actionable manner.
Problem-Solving.
Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving CRM issues.
Collaboration.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate effectively with different teams.
Attention to Detail.
High level of attention to detail, particularly in data management, reporting, and automation setup.
