We are gearing up for rapid expansion across European markets. About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our CTV advertising team. This role will focus on building and managing relationships with tier 1 CTV and streaming partners helping to drive revenue growth for partners and for Titan Ads.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute advertising supply partnerships with premium CTV and streaming publishersStructure, negotiate and execute commercial agreements that create win-win partnerships for both partiesWork closely with CTV publisher teams to ensure success, partner satisfaction and revenue growthCollaborate with advertising sales teams to optimize yield and revenue opportunitiesAnalyze partner performance metrics and provide strategic recommendations for improvementIdentify new business opportunities within the CTV advertising ecosystemRequired Qualifications5+ years of business development experience, with at least 3 years in CTV/OTT advertisingProven track record of negotiating and closing complex commercial agreementsStrong understanding of the CTV advertising landscape and programmatic technologiesExperience in publisher success or account management rolesExcellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendationsStrong communication and presentation skillsReasons to apply: Competitive package Change the future of TV!
