Job Description Job Description Gaining a sound understanding of business area and developing strong and positive relationships with designated business area stakeholders, hiring managers Initiate intake meetings to better understand their hiring needs and job specifications.
Work closely with Sourcing specialist to execute impactful recruiting strategies to find candidates and prospect for new business.
Screen resumes and prospects, qualify, interview, and manage candidates throughout interview process and lead the successful fulfilment of open requisitions with hiring managers.
Follow up on interview process status & timely update candidate records on Applicant tracking System Eightfold or SuccessFactors Host and participate in hiring events and job fairs Advise hiring managers on interviewing and assessment tools as per need Champion candidate advocacy by fostering positive candidate experiences, ensuring seamless communication, and promoting our employer brand.
Conduct HR interviews with a focus on candidate's alignment with Vodafone sprit behaviors.
Spearhead effective offer management, collaborating with hiring teams to deliver compelling and competitive offers while aligning with organizational policies and market benchmarks.
