DEVOPS PROGRAM MANAGER

The Team.
You’ll have the opportunity to be a part of our Engineering Operations DevOps team which sits within the Celonis’s Product \uamp;amp; Engineering organization! The team is a combination of highly specialist individuals that take care of Engineering tools, processes, automations, audits and productivity metrics as well as cross functional programs and initiatives that have an impact on the entire department.
The Role.
Join Celonis' global Engineering Org and play a key role as an DevOps Program Manager in Madrid, Spain.
In this role, you will design, implement, and maintain seamless integrations between software tools by using APIs, create scripts for automation, and support the team with general software development practices.
You will play a critical role in optimizing workflows and ensuring efficient data exchange across platforms.
The work you’ll do.
API Integration and Data Management Design workflows and pipelines to enable efficient data exchange across systems.
Develop, test, and deploy solutions to read, modify, and inject data between tools using APIs to increase productivity Troubleshoot and debug API integration issues, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
Scripting and Automation Write and maintain scripts using JavaScript or Python for automation and data manipulation.
Create custom automation solutions to streamline processes and eliminate manual work.
Monitor and enhance the performance of automation scripts and workflows.
Software Development Support Collaborate with dev and cross-functional teams to align integrations with broader software architecture and understand integration requirements and needs.
Ensure adherence to best practices in software development, version control, and testing.
Document processes, workflows, and technical solutions clearly and concisely.
Provide regular updates to stakeholders on the progress of projects and address any issues promptly.
Continuously seek opportunities for improvement in existing systems and processes.
The qualifications you need.
Strong experience with API design, testing and maintaining integrations as well as tools such as Postman, Swagger, or similar API testing tools.
Proficiency in JavaScript and/or Python for scripting and automation.
General understanding of software development practices, including version control (e.
., Git) and testing frameworks.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Familiarity with software development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Familiarity with SDLC tools like Salesforce, Jira, GitHub, Argo, Datadog and their API services.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proactive mindset with a focus on delivering solutions.
