Role Job Description •    Expertise in Financial Processes.
Demonstrated expertise in financial processes, including the BSR process, Cadency tool, chart of accounts, control systems, and related processes.
•    Project Management.
Proven ability to manage high-quality RTR (Record to Report) project-related activities, ensuring value addition and operational improvement.
•    Technical Accounting Knowledge.
Strong technical accounting background including thorough knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
•    Design and Development Skills.
Strong skills in the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of financial policies and controls, particularly Vodafone's BSR Policy and Cadency-related controls.
•    Data Analytics Proficiency.
Proficiency in managing data analytics and SAP AFC tools to support and enhance financial processes.
•    Communication Skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills including presentation skills, within multiple levels of organization.
•    Analytical Skills.
Applied thinker – using initiative to overcome challenges.

Experience & Qualification.
•    Professional Qualification.
ACCA/ACA qualified (15+ years) or any other appropriate professional qualification in financial accounting and reporting of a global organization is preferred.
•    Experience.
Breadth of progressive experience, including audit training in professional firm and post qualification experience in Industry.
•    Technical Proficiency.
Proficient in use of SAP (or similar) and MS Office, associated software and new age tools.
•    Experience in a role with ‘strong impact without authority’ (e.
