Your journey within the Innovate Program will start as Technical Product Manager at Core Networks Engineering and User Data Management Solutions Program Unit.
What you will do   Your main task as Technical Manager will be to translate the business priorities into product realization.
You will be working very close to Solution Line team to secure awareness of business priorities and ensure good collaboration that will turn into business success, supporting and engaging in the customer dialogues.
Your key responsibilities will be to secure the technical implementation of the business requirements and define and apply the technical product strategy.
Interaction with other Ericsson teams and organizations is critical to achieve e2e technical solution coverage in live with business priorities.
You will influence and contribute to the product vision with your technical background, define the product roadmap and life cycle management of UDM solution together with the rest of the technical managers in the organization.
Your customer focus is key to secure the business priorities according to the market needs as well as to align the different perspectives within the organization.
You will drive the product compliance for functional and non-functional requirements, promoting continuous improvements of products, services and processes.
Contribution to Portfolio & Commerce, Function Plan and Commercial Product Presentations will be also part of the activities.

We believe you can challenge us in who we're looking for and have a motivation and interest in working in a research area within our industry, ideally with some relevant experience in telco industry.
In addition, we believe you have.
•        MSc or PhD in Engineering, Mathematics, Data Science, or equivalent •        Ability to develop strategies and prioritize activities •        Knowledge of the telco business and market trends •        Interest in experimentation and innovation with the ability to think creatively and be well adapted to change •        Knowledge of wireless communication, radio networks and AI & Machine Learning •        Experience of SW engineering or development with hands-on programming •        A global attitude and willingness to relocate internationally, with a desire and ability to work in a multicultural environment •        Keen interest to learn new things and to broaden experience •        Ability to collaborate, engage with and mobilize the organization to secure results •        Solid presentation and communication skills, and proficiency in English   Be the one who did.
