ECOMMERCE OPERATIONS MANAGER - FRENCH NATIVE

As an E-commerce Operations Manager, you will be responsible for optimizing our operations tasks within the French market.Responsibilities:Oversee logistics and streamline processes to enhance operational efficiency.Coordinate e-commerce campaigns on social media.Analyse customer feedback to optimize satisfaction.Analyse results and provide actionable insights for improvement.Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and service.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities and drive partnerships.Manage budgets and prepare operational reports on key performance metrics.Mentor and support team members on operational best practices.Monitor industry trends to adapt strategies accordingly.Requirements:Fluency or Native in French with strong English communication skills.It is a must to have strong previous experience with Stakeholder management, supplier partner management, logistics tasks and advanced EXCEL skills.Minimum of 2 years’ experience in operations or project management.Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.Proactive approach to team collaboration and driving results.What’s in for you:An international and friendly team culture.Flexible work arrangements with options for remote work.Generous annual leave policy.Engaging company activities and celebrations.Competitive salary with opportunities for professional growth.
