ELECTRONIC EW MANAGER

We are looking for an Electronic EW Manager for a Spanish high-tech company based in Valencia, a pioneer in photonic technology-based solutions for the defense and space sectors.Reporting to Manufacturing Director you will be the guarantor of the proper functioning of the Electronic Warfare (EW) area and all the personnel involved in that area.Responsibilities:Coordinate, lead, and participate in company projects in the area of electronic warfare to develop new products or introduce improvements to existing ones.Stay up to date with the "state of the art" in electronic warfare.Apply acquired knowledge to develop new electronic warfare technologies that offer innovative and viable solutions.Propose and recommend investments in technologies applicable to the development of electronic warfare projects.Analyze the progress of EW in DAS by performing benchmarking in electronic warfare against competitor companies.Required:Advanced degree in Telecommunications with a specialization in Electronic Warfare.Over 3 years of proven experience in performing the functions associated with the position.Minimum of 8 years in Electronic Defense.Decision-making ability.Leadership and teamwork skills.Communication skills.Negotiation skills with internal and external clients.Project coordination.Spoken and written English proficiency; Spanish will be considered a plus.Our client offers:Joining a leading company in photonic technology with global impact.A young and dynamic environment.
