By providing high-quality services that help our users and partners grow, we aim to advance and enrich society.What you will do:Lead and cultivate a team of backend engineers with a diverse skill-set, including performance management and career development.Interact with other managers, team leaders, peers from other departments, and external partners.Lead your team’s roadmap by defining inspiring objectives and breaking them down into well-defined key results.Identify the highest impact initiatives and ensure that the team is focused on delivering those on clear timelines.Follow established processes and policies for finding solutions, and suggest policy adjustments or set up new procedures if needed.Execute planning and own the team's deliverables.
