Qué hacemos en el área de producción? Implementar proyectos, generar realidades.
Producción en general (Proyectos de Retail Comercial, eventos, convenciones, street Mk, Mk de Guerrilla, rodajes, shooting, ruedas de prensa, roadshows, exposiciones, presentaciones, lanzamientos de producto, POP Up Stores, etc...) tanto a nivel nacional como internacional Pre-producción.
Búsqueda de los diferentes partners para el desarrollo del proyecto, tender de costes, calidades, timings de entrega, P&L del proyecto Producción.
Dirección de la producción in situ timings montaje, logística, desmontaje control de las entregas, calidades, etc...
