F&B AND OPERATIONS MANAGER

En esta posición, como F&B and Operations Manager en un importante hotel ubicado en la zona de Sotogrande, tu misión principal será asegurar el buen funcionamiento y la consecución de los procedimientos de la operativa del hotel.
Responsabilidades clave.
- Apoyo operativo y administrativo de los procedimientos de la estrategia de F&B.
- Cumplimiento y creación de nuevos procedimientos.
- Supervisión del personal y de la organización de los diferentes restaurantes.
- Maximizar el potencial de ingresos y beneficios.
- Desarrollar, diseñar e implementar un calendario de eventos para F&B.
- Coordinación con el Área Administrativa para alcanzar la máxima eficiencia en los procedimientos de compra y control de inventario.
- Ejecución y gestión de la correcta organización de cualquier evento.
- Coordinación con los diferentes departamentos del hotel para asegurar un funcionamiento correcto del mismo.
Para desempeñar está posición, nos encontramos en búsqueda de un perfil con Formación Universitaria, Grado en Turismo, Administración y finanzas o similar.
Además, es importante tener al menos 3 años de experiencia en una posición similar e inglés B2 (se valorará en entrevista).
