FINANCE MANAGER

The organization excels in clinical practice, research and innovation, and the advancement of cutting-edge protocols, standards, and practices in the field.About the role : • Aligning financial strategies with the overall objectives of a leading multinational healthcare Group currently invested by one of the most important PE firms globally.• The main goal will be to provide financial insights, analysis, and strategic recommendations to drive business growth and profitability in coordination with the rest of the global FP&A team, the global Corporate Finance team, and the regional CFO and finance teams.• The position will report directly to the Director of FP&A and Strategic Finance with exposure to Global and Regional CFOs and rest of the Group C-level.Responsibilities : Business and financial analysis: conduct in-depth business and financial analysis including variance analysis, trend analysis and scenario modelling with the purpose of providing valuable business insights to C-level for cost optimization and revenue enhancement.Periodical reporting: contribute, coordinate and define periodical financial reports and specific dashboards to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for decision-making and improvement of reporting quality.Strategic financial planning: collaborate to develop and implement financial strategies, plans, and budgets aligned with the Group’s goals and contribute to the annual financial planning and budgeting processQualifications: Business analyst with experience in fields such as business and financial analysis, financial modeling or business advisory.Analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.The position will require strong abilities in Excel and PowerPoint, and proficiency in Spanish and English.For this role, you can be based either in Madrid or Valencia and the compensation for the role would be around €(55-65)K total.
