FINANCE MANAGER

Who we are?We are Crevel Europe, a global importer & wholesale supplier of Mexican and American products in Europe. We hold a portfolio of more than 1400 products from mainstream and independent brands and serve clients in 33 European countries. We aim to support food service and retail businesses and provide access to top-quality authentic Mexican and American products in the European market at the best price and become the benchmark for international food distribution in Europe. What would be your job with us?As we grow into the next company phase, we are in the process of building a new Accounting and Finance structure For that, we are looking for an experienced and driven finance professional to help us to steer the direction of the department. Some of the tasks related to the position include:Develop and implement financial strategy.Supervise and coordinate finance related human resources (6 FTE). Provide management with financial KPIs including profitability, deviation analysis, cash flow, AR, AP metrics.Experience setting up consolidated financial statements and intercompany reconciliations.Liaise with financial institutions (banks, insurers, financial services) and expand Crevel’s financing possibilities.Digitize and optimize finance related processes.Supervise and improve our AR and AP process: monitor debt collection and delinquency rations, establish credit risk limit policies and generate bad debt provisions. Coordinate our accounting team efforts: consolidation of financial statements of related companies, monitor general financial health of the group, ensure timely filling of reports, liaise with external accountants, analyse cash flow or support tax audits among others. Why would you be a match for us?Minimum 5 years experience as CFO, Finance Manager or Accounting Manager in an SME (PYME). Preferably in the FMCG or distribution sector.Experience in set up teams, KPIs, policies and processes.Knowledge on financial analysis. Advanced Excel SkillsExcellent communicator of financial information to non-finance stakeholdersStrong attention to detail and organisational skills.Spanish and English.
