Descripción Supervisar todas las operaciones de alimentos y bebidas en el resort.
Asegurar la satisfacción del cliente y mantener los altos estándares de servicio.
Crear y ejecutar estrategias para aumentar la rentabilidad.
Capacitar y desarrollar al personal del departamento de Alimentos y Bebidas.
Gestionar el presupuesto y los costos operativos.
Asegurar el cumplimiento de todas las regulaciones de salud y seguridad.
Colaborar con otros gerentes y personal clave para garantizar la eficiencia operativa.
Representar al resort en eventos de la industria de ocio, viajes y turismo.
¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)? El/la candidato/a seleccionado deberá cumplir los siguientes requisitos.
Grado en Hostelería, Turismo o campo relacionado.
Experiencia en la gestión de servicios de alimentos y bebidas en un entorno de resort de lujo.
Fuerte comprensión de la industria de ocio, viajes y turismo.
Excelentes habilidades de liderazgo y capacidad para motivar al personal.
Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión y resolver problemas de manera eficiente.
Excelente nivel de inglés, se valorará un segundo idioma.
