Managing fragrance projects (pro-active and reactive) by development of fragrances to answer client's briefs.
Defining and Implementing strategy and actions together with Sales and Marketing.
Coordination of pro-active fragrance development, in order to maintain and modernize the FF fragrance library with the support of the Senior FF FDMs  and perfumers.
MAIN JOB FUNCTIONS.
Fragrance development evaluation and collection build up in partnership with FDM team Partner of perfumer, guiding them in their developments.
Recommends submission adapted to brief parameters.
Constantly develops knowledge of market products in FF category and shares with FDM´s and Perfumers Detects olfactive trends and needs for the category, working with marketing team, and turns them into concrete fragrance solutions.
Project management Fragrance Presentations to clients together with Sales Leads pro-active initiatives Develop an excellent olfactive understanding of the FF market (focus EAT region).
Collaborate with internal stakeholders – Sales, Marketing, Creation & Development, Innovation & Technology, Regulatory departments to achieve best in class and timely results.
Be aware of the latest fragrance industry developments and its implications to our business.
Requirements REQUIREMENTS.
Educational Background required.
Chemistry background is desirable.
Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related discipline.
Studies related to Chemistry or other fields, or ISIPCA will be strongly valued  Experience required.
Ideally we are looking for a candidate with 3-5 years in Fragrance Development in Fine Fragrance Category (experience in other categories will be also evaluated) Experience in other areas will also be taken into consideration Good knowledge of Fine Fragrance Benchmarks Good level in English and Spanish Required Personal Competencies Good olfactive understanding and raw material knowledge.
