Job Description: Growth Manager – Startup (Pathway to CEO)Position: Growth ManagerLocation: Barcelona in @22, could be (partly) remote in MadridEmployment Type: Full-timeAbout Us:Lystos is a fast-growing startup with big ambitions. We are revolutionizing the real estate market, creating tools for real estate brokers, valuation companies and for real estate investors and large property owners.We are looking for a visionary Growth Manager who is not only capable of driving our growth strategy but also has the potential to grow into a future CEO role.This is a rare opportunity for a high-performing, entrepreneurial individual to play a pivotal role in scaling our company and developing into a leadership position as we grow.Lystos recently reached break-even point and is now looking to accelerate its growth.Role Overview:As the Growth Manager, you will be the driving force behind our user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth strategies.It will include as well B2B sales pitches with larger clients and defining and execution of upsell strategy to current clients and new clients in new verticals.Working closely together with the CT0 and the director of sales you will report directly to the founders, you will have the unique opportunity to shape the company’s direction, scale operations, and build a foundation for long-term success.This role is designed for a strategic thinker and doer, who aspires to take on greater responsibilities, potentially growing into the role of CEO as the company matures.Key Responsibilities:Growth Strategy & Leadership:Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy aligned with the company’s vision and goals.Identify, prioritize, and act on growth opportunities to achieve exponential scaling.2. Customer Acquisition & Retention:Design innovative strategies to attract, convert, and retain customers across all touchpoints.Collaborate with product and customer success teams to enhance user experience and maximize retention.3.Data-Driven Decision Making:Analyse data and performance metrics to inform strategy and measure the success of growth initiatives.Drive continuous optimization through experimentation and rigorous analysis (e.g., A/B testing).4.Performance Marketing & Channel Expansion:Oversee paid and organic marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and engagement.Explore and develop new marketing channels and partnership opportunities.5.Cross-Functional Collaboration:Partner with marketing, product, and sales teams to align growth initiatives with broader company objectives.Build and lead a high-performing growth team as the company scales.6.Strategic Leadership Development:Work closely with the founders to gain a deep understanding of the company’s operations, vision, and culture.Take on increasing levels of responsibility with the potential to transition into a CEO role.Qualifications:Experience:Relevant start up experience in growth, marketing and strategy.Proven success in scaling a business, preferably in a startup environment.Skills:Strong strategic thinker with the ability to execute effectively.Expertise in performance marketing, data analysis, and growth hacking.Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and align teams.Strong communication skills in both Spanish and EnglishMindset:Ambitious and entrepreneurial, with a passion for building and scaling businesses.A relentless focus on results and a willingness to take bold, calculated risks.Willingness to travel.Bonus Skills:Experience managing budgets and financial planning.Knowledge of fundraising and investor relations is a plus.What We Offer:Growth Path to CEO: A clear and structured pathway to transition into a CEO role as the company grows.Competitive salary with equity options, aligning your success with the company’s success.A front-row seat to shaping the future of the real estate market.A collaborative, fast-paced startup culture where your ideas and leadership will have a direct impact. How to Apply:This is more than just a job – it’s a leadership journey.
