HR MANAGER

We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager to lead and oversee our human resources operations, ensuring they align with our business objectives and foster a positive, productive work environment. The HR Manager will be responsible for implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, and driving talent acquisition, development, and retention initiatives. This role requires a hands-on, proactive individual with strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills to support and elevate our people-centric culture.The HR Manager is responsible for:Implementing and contributing to the people strategy, and leading the successful delivery of different strategic tactics across the business and employee lifecycleLeading and supporting the creation of a positive and inclusive working culture, and supporting the managers to set the standards for high performance, accountability, and compliance Managing the people generalists to deliver excellent employee and candidate experiencesKey Duties:Managing the full employee life cycle (attraction, onboarding, retention, employee relations, engagement, performance, recognition, career development, and offboarding)Providing day-to-day support and guidance, coaching and mentoring to support managers with capability and performance issues, and raising the managers’ competence in dealing with employee relations issuesContributing to and leading key HR projects and supporting the leadership team in building the new business entitiesIntroducing, managing, and upskilling the team to maximize the utilization of an appropriate HRISLeading change initiatives and supporting the managers through new and ongoing organizational transformation, and facilitating the communication plan rolloutTaking the initiative to review the company’s people processes, implementing them, and ensuring compliance across the board (e.g., performance management, ER management, etc.).
