This person will partner with the management team according to our departments and Business units.
The goal is to keep internal clients (employees) satisfied through objectives that are aligned with the long-term business strategy and reporting to the Board members and General Director.
We are looking for someone with a vast capacity to grow internally and with high levels of energy.
Provide overall leadership and guidance by overseeing talent acquisition, employee career development, succession planning, retention programs, training, and leadership development
People Operations Specialist to manage the onboarding / offboarding process
Manage benefit and compensation plans to ensure cost efficiencies and attractiveness to retain top talent
Act as the first point of contact for all team members and all topics related to their employment at Fluendo
Support managers in the Business Units and departments with HR-related matters
Plans and organizes engaging activities for the team members
Support and participate in the semestral performance review process
Administrate and manage HR Software processes and assist and educate team members and managers about these processes
Ensure full compliance with Company policies and HR procedures (e.g. PRL)
