The Successful Applicant Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
A minimum of 8 years of experience in senior HR roles, preferably in dynamic and constantly evolving environments.
Creative and innovative mindset, with a strong interest in implementing new technologies and methodologies to enhance processes and employee experience.
Proven ability to lead transformation projects, from the design phase through to implementation and results tracking.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
