Tasks
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company goals and industry best practices
Manage the recruitment process, including job posting, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions
Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and disciplinary actions
Conduct training sessions on various HR topics to ensure employees are aware of company policies and procedures
Requirements
Experience in human resources management
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
