Given our fast growth, we are constantly looking for talented new colleagues to become part of our team.HR Manager - Vitoria The ideal candidate will lead HR operations (about 180 employees in the plant) and be the strategic partner of the Plant Manager.ResponsibilitiesTo lead labor relations together with the Plant manager and take part in the processes of collective bargaining applicable to the plantLead HR department and supervise the HR administrative processes to ensure compliance with local labor laws (payroll, attendance, absenteeism, vacations and overtime)To design the training plan, from the analysis of needs of the departments, and to assure the fulfillment of the formative corporate aimsLead and supervise the selection processes, internally or in cooperation with external consulting companiesTo lead plant internal communicationTo ensure ressources management, in line with the budget and monitor relevant HR KPITo implement plans of organizational development, as well as of motivation and internal promotion of the employees in line with corporate policiesQualificationsBachelor's degree or relevant experience5+ years' experience in leading Human Resources in an industrial environmentStrong experience in local labor law and managing labor relations/works councilDemonstrated expertise training managers and employeesStrong organizational, critical thinking and communications skillsEnglish speaking and writing skillsHow to apply ?
