At DXC Spain we are looking for a Incident Manager to join our great team of Consulting.
Requirements.
Technical training/Bachelor's degree/technical engineering.
At least 2 years of experience as an Incident Manager in a similar.
Spanish and English - spoken and written.
Medium-advanced level with office tools (Powerpoint, Excel, PowerBi).
User level knowledge of the Servicenow Platform (CMDB).
Certification in ITIL v4 or similar, and specific training in Incident Management.
Agile certifications Tasks.
Registration and monitoring of incidents.
Coordination and monitoring of all incidents and alerts received in all the infrastructures and applications under administration.
Classifying and prioritising the above-mentioned events to facilitate resolution based on impact and urgency.
Documenting and managing the event log to carry out the identification, notification and continuous improvement processes.
Communication and reporting of the above-mentioned incidents and alerts to all stakeholders, as well as notification to management and the managed Entities.
Management and monitoring of the activities related to the collaboration in the solution of these incidents as well as the improvement activities aimed at the continuous improvement of all processes.
