We do so in order to develop more sustainable and technologically advanced vehicles that are also adapted to the new needs and requirements of their passengers.As part of this transformation, Antolin is committed to a sustainable business model that focuses on and creates value for all its stakeholders, including its customers, employees, investors, suppliers, and society as a whole.Mission:Lead and manage the technological infrastructure of the organization with experience and strategic vision, supporting the company's position as a leader in the automotive sector.Responsibilities:Develop and execute medium and long-term strategies for IT/OT technological infrastructures.Implement and maintain systems that meet quality, availability and security requirements.Supervise networks and systems, ensuring their performance and security.Establish, implement, comply with and enforce security policies related to IT and OT technological infrastructures in coordination with the cybersecurity team.Manage technology service providers, negotiating contracts and evaluating their quality.Optimize costs and improve operational efficiency, proposing innovative and sustainable solutions.Lead and supervise the IT and OT technological infrastructure teams, promoting their professional development and collaboration.
