INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECT MANAGER

We are seeking a skilled Infrastructure Project Manager with experience in workplace environments. The ideal candidate will oversee and coordinate infrastructure projects within an office environment, with a strong focus on delivering solutions that enhance operational efficiency and employee experience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and implement projects involving O365, MS, and Google Services, ensuring that all projects align with company standards and objectives.Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end project lifecycles for infrastructure initiatives focused on workplace environment improvements.Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.Coordinate project tasks, timelines, and resources, ensuring all milestones are met within budget and on time.Oversee the deployment, integration, and support of O365, MS, and Google Services within the workplace infrastructure.Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle, communicating any issues to stakeholders.Ensure compliance with company policies and best practices regarding technology, data security, and project governance.Prepare and present regular project updates and reports for stakeholders.Skills and Qualifications:Proven experience as a Project Manager, specifically within IT infrastructure and workplace environments.Strong knowledge of O365, MS, and Google Services, including deployment and integration.Familiarity with workplace technology and IT infrastructure requirements in corporate settings.Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
