Company DescriptionTheGreenTech is a global engineering group based in Europe (Madrid, Bruxelles, Milano, Bari, Athens, Nicosia), focusing on sustainability and deep tech innovation. Our mission is to bridge the gap between R&D and the market by developing projects internally, in consortium, and with clients. We collaborate with public and private institutions to secure funding for technological development. Our strong engineering capability covers complete product and process development, including R&D, Concept Design, Manufacturing, and In-Service Support.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role as an Innovation Manager at TheGreenTech. The role involves overseeing R&D projects, collaborating with external partners, and ensuring projects reach the market within two years. The position is based in Madrid with flexibility for remote work.QualificationsProject Management, Innovation Strategy, and Technology Commercialization skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesExperience in managing cross-functional teams and external partnershipsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsKnowledge of sustainability practices and trends, and Deep Tech InnovationAbility to work independently and collaborativelyBachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business,Technology or related fieldExperience in securing funding for R&D projects is a plus
