INTERNATIONAL AREA MANAGER (B2B)

Industrial company; manufactures innovative products for industrial use, needs to incorporate an International Area Manager (B2B)Mission: This is an international sales responsibility. Reporting to the Sales Manager, he/she will be part of a team of seven Sales Managers and will be responsible for ensuring the growth and consolidation of the sales volume in the B2B channel in his/her region. This is a position where commercial market opening skills are valued, we are looking for profile with experience in UK, Ireland and Iceland market's, or in European countries markets, or experience in the US market. Main Functions:·       Business Development: Proactively identify, seek and close new business opportunities with end customers and distributors.·       Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring they receive the highest level of service and support. ·       Area Management: Develop a thorough understanding of the assigned region, including market dynamics, competition and customer needs. In coordination with the Sales Manager, create and implement a strategic sales plan that aligns with company objectives.·       Technical Advisor: Act as an expert on the product portfolio, demonstrating the value of the products to potential customers, through technical sales presentations, live demonstrations, and site visits. ·       Sales Reporting: Maintain an organised sales pipeline and report to the Sales Manager, with accurate information on leads, opportunities and customer interactions. ·       Market Intelligence: Collecting and analysing market data to identify trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities. Providing information to the Sales Manager and R&D Director, to improve offerings and strategies.Education, Experience and Skills·       University degree is an advantage, in Commerce and Marketing, Business Administration, and postgraduate studies.·       Fluency in English. Knowledge of other languages would be an asset.·       Sales experience, proven track record of success in B2B sales and solid understanding of technical products in industrial environments, or related sectors (Industrial equipment, SaaS, logistics, construction, maritime, automotive, oil and gas, etc.). ·       Have a highly commercial mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities, negotiate effectively, and close deals.
