INTERNATIONAL SALES MANAGER

Desde Hays Executive nos encontramos en búsqueda de un International Sales Manager para destacada compañía del sector Agrobusiness con HQ en Comunidad Valenciana. Su principal reto será el desarrollo y ejecución del plan comercial a nivel internacional (EMEA, Asia y Latinoamérica). Principales funciones:Expansión de las ventas en la zona y países a su cargo determinando potenciales mercados y/o distribuidores. Definición estrategia marketing/comercial. Planificación de objetivos y tareas a corto, medio y largo plazo, así como la supervisión de su cumplimiento. Realización del reporting de seguimiento de cumplimiento de objetivos y Forecast. Planificación de desarrollos con distribuidores de productos y cultivos. Gestión del equipo de ventas. Gestión de grandes cuentas. Organización y gestión de eventos.Gestión de las políticas de precios, aprobando precios especiales y analizando presupuestos globales de grandes pedidos. Realización y ejecución del presupuesto anual y el proceso de forecast.Colaboración junto a los departamentos de la matriz de temas estratégicos y operacionales que tengan impacto en el área comercial, entre ellos: registros, plan de comunicación, desarrollos técnicos.Control de Cobros y Gastos Comerciales. Qué necesitarás para encajar con el puesto:Formación: Ingeniero/a Agrónomo o similar. Valorable Máster en Dirección de Empresa.Experiencia profesional: Más de 4 años de experiencia en posiciones de desarrollo comercial internacional en el sector de agrobusiness. Idiomas: C1. Lo utilizará para su día a día de trabajo. Liderazgo de equipos de trabajo.Visión estratégica.
